I have been working for an IT solutions provider for 19+ years.

I started as a junior/graduate software developer, but I was very quickly managing big development projects.

After few years my focus was split between large development projects and infrastructure and risk management (companywide).

The risk and compliance function advanced very quickly, with a scope beyond just technology, leading to a natural transition into more of a Chief Operations Officer (COO) role.

Role aside, I continue to manage large complex technology projects.
